First and foremost, at Hooper Law Firm, we believe everyone is entitled to a second chance and is capable of building a new life as immigrants or parolees. As Christians, we believe in a God of forgiveness and restoration. While not all of our clients share the same faith, our focus is on helping each client build a brighter future.

We aim to help our immigration clients and their families build a new life in America with a solid legal foundation. For parolees, our goal is to help them break free from the destructive cycles that lead to their incarceration. We do this by addressing the specific legal needs of each client and by providing him or her with real opportunities for change and personal development.
