About Hooper Law Firm

The legal team at Hooper Law Firm is committed to providing a legal voice for people in our society who desire to become better citizens.
We focus on parole and immigration law and believe that everyone, regardless of his or her legal status or past mistakes, is entitled to the same protections afforded by our constitution as the powerful and the wealthy.

Our goal is to help our clients realize a new life of freedom and prosperity—we invest in the whole person to succeed as new citizens or parolees and back our commitment by donating 10 percent of our profits to organizations to help our clients succeed.  Click here to see "What We Believe" and how we’re helping our clients thrive.

David Cabrera, Chief Paralegal

Paralegal David Cabrera has worked in the area of immigration law since 1985. Born in Cuba, he immigrated with his parents as a young child to the United States. Because he has experienced, first hand, many of the difficulties that confront immigrants and their children, he is passionate about helping our clients understand the often confusing and intimidating bureaucratic process of immigration. David has also worked extensively in the area of parole law since 2003, and is committed to our mission of helping offenders move forward with their lives after making parole.
